Declan Mc Guckin

Declan joined NIS in March 2007 and is responsible for organising community events and festivals. Declan graduated from the University of Stirling in 2005 with a degree in Marketing and has previously worked with Perthshire Council. Outside of work, Declan is a keen Manchester United fan and lists travelling, playing sports and socialising as his past times.
