Living on an island we are fortunate to be surrounded by waters teeming with a host of interesting species of seafood, which are full to the brim with essential vitamins and minerals and bursting with flavors. Cookery demonstrations are designed to make the natural transition from sea to plate both simple and exciting. Our team of home economists and chefs demonstrate the ease and speed which seafood can be transformed into a mouthwatering nutritious meal suitable for any occasion.

Fun events for all the family, these demonstrations are open to charities and community groups and are a fun, interesting and educational way to raise funds for your community organization. Various demonstration formats can be tailored according to the requirements of each individual audience. As well as smaller scale demonstrations we can also bring along our fully equipped demonstration unit complete with multi media facilities to project the chef’s activities in the case of a larger audience.
Demonstration style can also vary from a more educational straight demonstration to a cookery contest where two members of the audience are put head to head to have their culinary skills put to the test as they battle it out to create the best seafood dish - all under the watchful eye of the chef! A range of mouthwatering recipe leaflets are also freely available for people to take home and try out themselves in their own kitchen.
