Annahaia Restaurant nestled comfortably at the alluring Slieve Gullion Courtyard in the heart of Slieve Gullion Forest opened November 2003.

Chef Michael Rath's experience with seafood is vast and his background includes an intricate French Classical training. On his most recent menu you will find his own Hot Smoked Salmon, Crabmeat and Beetroot Tian served with Jumbo Shrimp, Grilled Peppered Tuna Steak accompanied by Bok Choi, Black Bean Relish and Curry Oil, Pan Fried Fillet of Sea Bass served with Baby Fennel, Pommes Moussaline and a Fennel Butter.

With the opening of Annahaia's sister restaurant, Brasserie Annahaia, Michael Rath hopes to further promote a wider range of seafood in the coastal town of Warrenpoint.
