Culinary excellence is the key word at Arbutus. Expert preparation using only the freshest ingredients from local producers.

Fish has become very popular in our restaurant. Currently, we have on our menu a selection of seafood including Cod, Salmon and Sea Bass. The Grilled Sea Bass is served with a Spaghetti of Vegetables and Fresh Herb Cream, Grilled Fillet of Salmon with Fresh Orange Segments, Cucumber, Spring Onion with a Lime & Coriander Dressing.
