At Cayenne we like to promote and use the best of Northern Ireland produce. We like to keep our food simple and clean especially our fish dishes because we get the finest fish available straight on our doorstep.

Dishes include Wok Fried Mussels with Chinese Black Bean, Scallions and Ginger, Salt 'n' Chilli Squid with Chilli Jam, Aioli and Napa Slaw, Strangford Lobster with Linguini, Courgettes, Tomatoes, Roast Shellfish Oil and Chilli Gremolata and; Chargrilled Lough Neagh Eel.
