Having won the AA Seafood Restaurant of the year for 2003-2004, Shu has a strong emphasis on seafood with signature dishes such as the now legendary "Salt-Chilli Squid", Roast Hake & Potato Puree, Crispy Leeks & Red Wine Sauce and Pan-fried Sea Bass & Saffron Tagliatelle, earning rave reviews and bringing back the local clientele on a regular basis.
