Seafood cookery demonstrations are designed to make the natural transition from sea to plate both simple and exciting. Our team of home economists and chefs demonstrate the ease and speed which seafood can be transformed into a mouthwatering nutritious meal suitable for any occasion.

These demonstrations are open to community groups within Northern Ireland and the six border counties of the Republic of Ireland (Louth, Monaghan, Sligo, Cavan, Leitrim and Donegal) and are a fun, interesting and educational way to raise funds for your community organization.

Various demonstration formats can be tailored according to the requirements of each individual audience. As well as smaller scale demonstrations we can also bring along our fully equipped demonstration unit complete with multi media facilities to project the chef’s activities in the case of a larger audience.
A range of mouthwatering recipe leaflets are also freely available for people to take home and try out themselves in their own kitchen.
