From the M3
Once on the M3 stay in the left-hand lane and take the first turn off, sign-posted for Queens Quay.
Take the right hand lane and follow the road along. Enter the Harbour Estate. Follow the road along until you see a sign for Calor Gas on the right hand side (After the BP premises and directly opposite park for Belfast Sightseeing tour buses).

Or
Go through Tillysburn, follow the signs for Holywood/Bangor

Take the slip road for Holywood Exchange

Pass  Sainsbury and B & Q on the right hand side

Follow the road along until you see the sign for Calor Gas on the left

NI Seafood are opposite the main Calor Gas reception. The building currently has James Maxton & Co on the outside.
