Northern Ireland Seafoods
new Educational Programme got underway in 2004, aiming to educate
a variety of cross community Primary, Secondary and Special Needs
students, about the seafood industry and the health benefits associated
with eating seafood.
We are dedicated to educating
students about the variety of fish, which are indigenous to our
island, in a fun and interactive environment.
We can stage small scale
demonstrations in the classroom or bring along our fully equipped
demonstration unit complete with multi-media facilities projecting
the chefs activities to the entire audience.
You will find all you
need to know about these projects in this section; alongside past
demonstrations, photographs, feedback and information on how your
school can become involved in this scheme.
If you are interested
in hosting a demonstration contact Nicola Donnelly or Matthew Cranston
on 028 9045 2829 or e-mail Nicola
