| Kilkeel Kippering Co. Ltd. is
a family run business that has been in operation since 1977 and was
originally founded by Cecil McCullough (senior) who is now retired.
Cecil McCullough (junior) is the current Managing Director who
along with his two brothers are responsible for the day to day operation
of the business.
Since 1994 we have been producing Herring and Mackerel as our main
products which is seasonal from approximately August to April. We
fillet, freeze and on occasions ship them fresh according to customer
requirements, throughout Europe.
During and mainly out of season we produce breaded Scampi which
is distributed to the U.K. mainland.
