| Mourne Shellfish Ltd has been
farming shellfish in Carlingford Lough for the past ten years. We
produce top class oysters from our A classified Oyster beds which
can be packaged in any quantity.
We operate two mussel rafts which produce mussels with excellent
meat quality, no grit and clean attractive shells.
We also harvest cockles by hand from sustainable beds. All shellfish
pass through our EC approved purification and dispatch centre.
All products can be dispatched for overnight delivery. Mourne Shellfish
supply both restaurants and wholesalers.
