T.H. Nicholson is based in Kilkeel,
Northern Ireland’s largest fishing port and situated on the
County Down coast from where over 100 vessels fish in the Irish Sea,
which is famous for its top quality fish and shellfish.
Established in 1989 s a wholesale fish exporter of fresh and frozen
white fish and shellfish, T.H. Nicholson supply the European market
on a twice weekly basis. The company also supplies English and Scottish
processors weekly.
As well as buying on a daily basis from Kilkeel and Portavogie the
company buys from leading ports around Ireland weekly.
T.H. Nicholson have a fleet of refrigerated vehicles, known as
Nicholson Transport, not only for its own use but offering a weekly
service for other processors and European customers either groupage
or full loads, for both chilled or frozen, to Scotland and the rest
of the U.K. four to five days weekly and specialising to France
and Spain twice weekly. In addition we have two Vivier trailers
used specifically for the transport of live shellfish.
We can pack seafood products to customers specification and quantities
to meet their requirements.
